The Property’s central Santa Monica location is bolstered by its close proximity to the Westside’s premier medical facilities including: Saint John’s Health Center, Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and Orthopaedic Hospital, Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and the VA West Los Angeles Medical Center.

The project was 94% leased at close of sale.  A partnership between Lincoln Property Company, Centennial Real Estate Company and Artemis Real Estate Partners purchased the property for $27,500,000 or $522 per square foot.
