Madison Partners is pleased to announce a recent lease at 12121 Wilshire Boulevard, in Brentwood, totaling more than 21,000 square feet and with an aggregate value in excess of $10,000,000.

The Government of the United States (GSA) renewed its lease for the entire 4th floor comprised of 21,961 square feet on a ten year term. The tenant has already been in the building for more than 10 years.

12121 Wilshire Boulevard is a Class A office building located on the northwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Bundy Drive.

Mitchell Stokes and Bob Safai, of Madison Partners, acted as the exclusive leasing agents for the landlord, Douglas Emmett, in this lease transaction.
